Send a blank message on WhatsApp
WhatsApp will not send spaces alone, but it does send this blank character. Copy it, paste it into the chat and tap send.
The Hangul filler counts as a real character, so WhatsApp lets you send it on its own and the message shows as empty. It also works in your profile name and About text. If the send button stays grey after pasting, your keyboard app stripped the character; try the braille blank from the list, which looks empty but is a printable symbol.

Yes, group names and profile names accept the character. Keep at least one visible character in a group name so people can find it.
Will the other person see anything?
They receive an empty bubble with the time stamp. Nothing else is sent.
